As you can see, the traffic stats above are from Nov 2006 to Oct 2007. For some reason the stats after Oct were overwritten, but we estimate that the traffic has stayed pretty much the same since then. See our Alexa stats HERE and the log files HERE.
According to the log file above the monthly traffic volume averages out at about 369,000 unique visitors and 3,729,000 hits.

Description
GetPaidForum.com, or "GPF" in short is an online discussion forum dedicated to discussions on everything related to making money online, with forum categories on topics such as 'paid to programs' (probably the hottest topic), affiliate marketing, internet marketing and more.
GPF, is admittedly one of the largest forums online with 4,5+ million posts and 92,000+ members.
Reason for selling
We're running a large number of websites and simply haven't been able to dedicated the time and effort GPF deserves over the last couple of years and we would rather see someone who has more time on their hands take over than seeing it die a slow death.
Revenue
We don't have access to the e-gold account we used to accept many of the payments in the beginning, but I would estimate the gross revenue over the last 4 years to roughly $25,000 - $30,000. About 25% of that income can be verified and the rest can be as well in the event that we get access to the e-gold account (working on it).
These revenue figures may seem pretty unimpressive but please keep in mind that we've practically not touched the site for the last 2-3 years and done nothing in terms of promoting the advertising offers. The only revenue source is banner sales where people have bought advertising directly from us.
Potential
With the huge amount of traffic and members GPF clearly has a lot of potential for the right individual or company. If you already have websites in a related niche, you have a great opportunity to expand your business.
Mailing list
You bring the GPF newsletter (that we haven't had time to send out for quite some time due to lack of time) to life and you'll have an instant mailing list of 92,000+ subscribers.
Advertising sales
You could also rotate your own banners on the site and have access to roughly 3,7 million impressions per month per banner (according to the traffic stats further up this page.
You could also sell the ad inventory to other webmasters. Based on a 1$ CPM the monthly advertising inventory is worth $3,728 per banner, providing you sell manage to sell all inventory.
Other income opportunities
There are obviously other revenue sources that we haven't had time to explore, such as contextual advertising, banner networks, affiliate marketing, selling your own products etc, etc.
The only revenue channel you won't be able to utilize is Adsense. For some reason Google didn't like the conversations in the forum about "paid to click" programs and disapproved the site. I guess they thought people were more inclined to click the ads which in turn would lower the quality of the clicks. Obviously that isn't the case.
A buyer who already have a website(s) in the "make money" market is obviously someone who's going to benefit the most from purchasing GPF. The possibilities are just endless.
